Luxus Grand Hotel

I had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel is easy to get to and in a great location, with a peaceful, well-kept feel. My room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were polite and professional. One of Lahore’s best hotels, and I’d recommend it to families and business travelers.

Recent guest accounts describe Luxus Grand Hotel Lahore as a strong value for an upscale stay in Lahore, though the experience has a few uneven spots. Breakfast at Caesars is often praised for its fresh, varied, high-quality food, while dinner and the general menu are sometimes considered average beside nearby specialty restaurants. Guests also appreciate spacious, modern rooms that are usually very clean and soundproofed. Service is a frequent highlight, with guests mentioning Ms. Nosheen and the reception team for making them feel especially well treated. The Egerton Road location is convenient for sightseeing, near the junction between the Old City, including Lahore Fort and Badshahi Mosque, and modern business areas. Lawrence Gardens and Zoo are also nearby. The listed average scores are 9.6/10 for staff and service, 9.2/10 for cleanliness, 9.0/10 for location, and 8.8/10 for value. It is often cheaper than the PC or Nishat while offering similar quality. Some guests find the AC loud, and a few said rooms felt cold in winter, though staff quickly provided electric heaters. The gym is small and basic, more suitable for a quick workout than serious training. When availability allows, guests have received complimentary upgrades to Executive or Royal suites at check-in. The hotel also offers a complimentary airport shuttle that guests describe as convenient and punctual, and the front desk can arrange city tours to the Wagah Border or Walled City.

The check-in was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were warm, attentive, and professional from the time I arrived. I found the room spacious and beautifully designed, and it was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, and the modern amenities made it easy to unwind after a long day. Luxus Grand Hotel really lived up to its name.

We came from London with family and tried the food here. It was good, though pricey. Mr Basit and the girl in the black suit were active, polite, and friendly. They deserve a pay rise. There was a wedding function going on, so things were busy, and it needs to be clearer all the time.
