For F7/2, where places are expensive and several embassies are nearby, I found the price quite reasonable. I stayed five days while attending an embassy interview. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, good lighting, clean sheets and warm shower water. I didn't try the AC since it was winter. The guest house felt safe, and Rana Market is very close, with fruit and vegetable shops, samosa, chai, groceries, a dry cleaner and a salon. Shah faisal mosque is a 25-minute walk away, and there's a large Mosque just behind the guest house. Manager Mr. Noman was polite and helpful.

F7 is a quiet, upscale area, and this guest house is within walking distance of Jinnah Super market, which is handy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and cooperative. Good value for a stay in Islamabad.

The photos are misleading, and I wouldn't pay in advance. They switched our room without telling us, then refused to refund us when we rejected the changed offer and service. The rooms were dirty, the furniture disgusting, and the people unreliable.

Room cleanliness needs attention, as mine could have been tidier and cleaner. Still, the staff were courteous and accommodating, and the rates are economical without compromising on service. The location is a strong point, with easy access to F7 markaz and nearby amenities. I had a pleasant stay overall, and cleaner rooms would make the place more appealing to budget-conscious travellers.

Breakfast wasn't good, so I can't say much about the food quality. The location is nice, though, and the room and attached bathroom were clean and spacious. The building's design might be old, but it's maintained well, and the air conditioner worked perfectly.
