If I’d actually been rude or abusive then, I would have taught you and your staff a great lesson on the spot. Nobody offered me transport or any other option. I was told I could go check another hotel and see if it suited me. Everyone knows how much the hotel business runs on commissions, so why would I trust you a second time after you couldn’t fulfill the booking promised through the site? It makes no sense. I know how PROPER GUEST HOUSES ARE AUTHORIZED AND REGISTERED. If you have those certifications, DISPLAY THEM AT GOOGLE so new guests can believe your claims. Don’t book just because of the rate. When you arrive, they may tell you there’s no vacancy and blame the website for letting you book. If you’re travelling with family, they could leave you in the middle of nowhere. This is a private property, not an official hotel, and I think it’s unsafe and a bad place to stay. If something goes wrong, Authorities will hold you liable for staying at a private property instead of a proper hotel. I made a booking through booking dot com, but when I arrived they denied it and said everything was full, asking how I could have booked. Very bad experience.
