The water was okay, and the room had spring metreses and two separate cupboards. But the bed sheets hadn’t been washed, there was no blanket, and the soap was worth only 20 rupees. No shampoo or breakfast either, and there were too many mosquitoes. The AC took an hour to cool the room.

There was no Wi-Fi, no mobile signal, and no complimentary breakfast for Rs.7000. They had no laundry service or towels, and took the CNICs of everyone who came to the guest house. With 12 hours of load shedding, there was no AC. Worst guest house I’ve ever checked into. Stay away.

My family and I had a terrible experience here. The manager took our money, then disappeared and didn’t come back until we were about to leave. The rooms were awful and hygiene wasn’t maintained. We were all upset with each other for booking such a bad place. Don’t go or book this place.

Umair is a very nice person, and the staff are cooperative. Jilani guest house has a very nice location in Karachi and is a good place for families.

The staff were very rude, especially Umair, and the washrooms are broken. They also turn the electricity off in the middle of the night. Worst place ever.
