They had no basic manners. They spoke badly about us and refused to refund us after we asked for a bathroom commode for my mother, who has joint pain. The rooms are overpriced.

Insects everywhere, paint peeling off the walls, and the AC doesn’t work. It’s a horrible place. Never go there.

I booked two rooms online, but they gave us only one and said the second would be ready the next day. It still wasn’t provided on day two, yet they charged for both rooms. Very bad, unprofessional behavior. The washroom was in bad condition too.
