The floor was kept in excellent condition, and requests were handled promptly and respectfully. I’d like to thank Iqbal Noor, Floor in charge, along with the housekeeping staff, Mohammed Sufyan at Mövenpick Karachi, for their kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism. Their hard work made my stay more comfortable and memorable. It’s deeply appreciated.

The breakfast room has a calm, welcoming feel, and the staff are polite, attentive, and quick to help without hovering. The food is well presented and served at the right temperature. Jeetander deserves special thanks. There’s plenty of choice, including local and international hot dishes, seasonal fruit, cheeses, cold cuts, breads, croissants, and pastries. The live stations make omelets, eggs, and pancakes to order, all fresh and cooked just right. The ingredients taste fresh and well balanced. You can also choose from juices, smoothies, good coffee, and a range of teas. Breakfast at Mövenpick is one of the highlights of a stay. The variety, quality, and service make it something to look forward to each morning.

The hotel guards were respectful and helped me feel safe throughout my stay. Mr. Govibda and Mr. Anas were also kind, welcoming, and professional. My room was cleaned perfectly every day, and the hotel as a whole was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff and hospitality were amazing. Pakistani people are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend Mövenpick Hotel Karachi and would gladly return.

The housekeeping and cleaning were excellent, and the clientele is great. Even after 50 years of service, Movenpick doesn’t feel tired. But the service is patchy. The front desk ranged from good to inexperienced, and the entrance made a poor first impression, with employees talking loudly and doing what porters do, pulling legs. The staff seemed professional, but could use a refresher on being extra polite.
