The location in Saddar is a big plus, right across from Chullu Kebab restaurant and within walking distance of Karachi's well-known food spots and shopping centers. I also found the stay good value for money. The rooftop had a lovely view at night, breakfast was delicious, and the gym had plenty of equipment. My room was clean and had the basics, including toiletries and hot water available 24/7. The staff were accommodating and cooperative.

The executive suite worked really well for our family of five, with plenty of space and hot water around the clock. The hotel was kept clean, room service was excellent, and the lifts were quick and easy to reach. At breakfast there was a good range of food, with staff keeping everything stocked and helping guests. Reception always had two people on duty, and everyone we met was polite. It costs a bit more than nearby hotels, but I was happy to pay extra for the service and room quality. I highly recommend it for a trip to Karachi.

I was referred to this place, but the service was so disappointing. Communication and customer service were both a complete zero. Food and drinks were out of stock, and during the summer heatwave they didn't even have ice. Worst of all, female guests were shown no respect at all. A big fat zero.

Dinner was a memorable experience. The food came out hot and nicely prepared, and the chef did a great job. There was also a fantastic choice of desserts.
