New Grace Inn

A quiet, comfortable place with large, clean rooms, an LCD and AC, plus satisfactory bathrooms and indoor parking. They charged me 3000 as a single guest. Food and laundry are available, and the location is good, with a market not far away and korangi road nearby.

Finding food or a ride was difficult here. There’s no grocery, fruit shop, restaurant, or fast food close by; the nearest market is 2kms away in DHA Phase II commercial area. We tried a couple of food vendors and weren’t happy with them. Careem or Uber drivers were likely to cancel trips to CPSP or the commercial area, which was a big problem. The washroom fixtures are old and rusty, though they work. Cockroaches were still there after I complained, the cupboards were dusty, and the air conditioner was noisy. It’s in a clean, quiet part of DHA, very near CPSP Karachi and not too far from Cantt Railway Station. The property was mostly comfortable. Staff were helpful, internet service was uninterrupted, breakfast and daily cleaning were OK, and the washroom had a steady water supply.

You can dine at the property, and it’s a peaceful spot in DHA 2 near main Sunset Boulevard and Korangi Road. Clifton and DHA malls and shopping areas are also close by.

Whenever I come to Karachi, this is where I prefer to stay. It feels comfortable, almost like home.
