Everything else was excellent, and the staff were cooperative. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere pleasant when I booked rooms 204, 205, and 206 on the first floor for 2 days, starting April 7. My rooms had no air conditioning, which I thought would be fine because the weather didn’t seem too hot. But when my guests arrived, the windows were locked and the rooms felt stuffy. I’d suggest letting guests open the windows if they choose not to use AC, so there’s proper airflow.

The staff kept lying, which made the stay frustrating, and the receptionist was arrogant. At SK Travellers, the rooms had cockroaches and bugs, and the washroom was very dirty. When we asked for it to be cleaned, staff said they didn’t have basic supplies like detergent or a brush. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

The place had no rules and the staff had a bad attitude. The rooms weren’t clean, the AC didn’t work, and they added extra charges. Staff kept asking me for money.

The owner is a very nice girl, and the staff are lovely too. The room is very nice, and she’s always hospitable whenever I go. The price is very low as well.

The rooms and sheets were dirty, there was no room service, and staff controlled the AC, turning it on and off themselves. The staff weren’t hospitable, and the owner’s daughter, who works as receptionist, was arrogant and rude. They keep the main doors chained shut. The place felt very suspicious and like “that” kind of hotel, and I don’t think it’s suitable for people with clean backgrounds.
