Swisstel Cottage

The breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh cut fruit, juices, and plenty of hot dishes included in the room rate. Swisstel is centrally located, handy for shopping, restaurants, and getting to the airport. Everyone, from reception and room service to the culinary team, was courteous, well trained, and cooperative. They handled everything with care from the moment I arrived. Aziz Ulro deserves special thanks for his leadership and attention to detail, which showed in how smoothly the hotel ran. I had an excellent stay and would give more than five stars if I could. The location is the one good thing here. At check-in they insisted I pay in cash. The rooms felt dated, with broken flooring and stained upholstery, and the hotel needs a major renovation. I wouldn't recommend it.

We spent 10 days here on our first trip to Karachi, Pakistan, and had a great experience. The hotel is in a prime spot, and the staff made us feel comfortable throughout. They were friendly, accommodating, and soft-spoken, with service that was on point. Breakfast was complimentary every day with a variety of items, and room service was available. Staff were there 24*7. They let us check out a few hours late and didn't pressure us to pay. The rooms could be better, but we had no complaints. On Moharram, when Pakistan was closed, the owner offered complimentary lunch to everyone staying there. A lovely gesture. Kudos to the Swisstel Cottage Hotel team for the great service. A thousand times better than hotel Mehran.
