The rooms were clean and good, and we liked the food at the restaurant. We had a problem with the bathroom water supply, though. The water was brown, as if mixed with mud, so we couldn't use it. Management said this wasn't usual, but it put a shadow over our stay. Hot water was only available in the morning, not at night, which was a problem since we needed to shower when we arrived.

The rooms were comfortable and reasonable, and we spent three days there. The chef was excellent, and when we visited the kitchen it was clean and hygienic. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always supportive. A great experience.

The terrace has a nice view, and they provided heating, so I had a good stay overall. I enjoyed breakfast during my two nights there, and the staff were very nice and cooperative. The rooms could be kept cleaner.

The food quality could compete with any top hotel in Pakistan, and the balcony view in Hunza is mesmerizing. The carpeted rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Best hotel I've stayed in, best in the business.

Essa Khan is a great manager, and the people here are generous. The complimentary breakfast was much better than at most places. It doesn't cost much, and my stay was worth it. I recommend the place.
