Al Burhan Express Hotel

I couldn't even make calls because the mobile signal was so weak. Their WiFi was painfully slow, and since there was no intercom, room service had to be contacted through WhatsApp, which barely worked at that speed. The noise never stopped, so sleeping peacefully was impossible, and I didn't feel safe there. The washroom smelled, the toilet was useless, and they charged 400 rupees for a bottle of water. They also switched off the AC whenever they wanted, saying there was a breaker problem. Very disappointing.

The building is nicely done and the rooms are spacious, but upkeep is poor. The bedding was damp and musty, everything smelled strange, and there were bugs in the blankets. Cigarette ends were left in both the bedroom and washroom. We asked for non-smoking rooms, yet both rooms smelled of smoke, and the bathrooms were gross with bugs everywhere. One room had gnats all over it. The door also didn't seem secure and sat unevenly. Staff were respectful, but they were responsible for the rooms' poor hygiene. Music from the neighboring room kept us awake all night. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless it was the very last option. Management needs to address these problems.

A third-rate hotel, made worse by the staff's careless behavior. A friend booked it for me, and I arrived at 5:30 am. By 11:30 am, they still hadn't given me the room keys. I also asked three times for the complimentary breakfast, but neither the food nor the keys arrived. Thank God I was only staying for 12 hours. I won't recommend it.

It used to be good, but the service has declined. My pressed clothes didn't come back on time, the WiFi wasn't working properly, and the room wasn't cleaned well. There was so much noise outside that I couldn't sleep properly.
