The room, bedding, and blanket were in such poor condition that sleeping on the Lahore road honestly seemed preferable. I came in February with my little brother and arrived around 5 AM. The room we were given was completely unmaintained, and the hotel was not clean. The blanket and sheets were dirty and covered in men's hair, while the pillow was so hard it felt like a stone. The washroom was filthy, water was leaking everywhere, and there seemed to be no proper cleaning system. When I asked staff to replace the blanket or at least the bedsheet, they didn't respond. We kept asking from morning, but they only came at night with another blanket that also had hair on it. The Lahore roads are cleaner than this room. I seriously wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I went with a friend and it was my first time staying here. The room was clean and room service was good. We also had sehri delivered to our room on time: 04 Paraths, 02 Omelettes, 2 Cups Tea & 2 small bowl Yogurt. At the start, I was also able to bargain easily after finding the place through AI (Chatgpt). Personally, I'd recommend staying here.

Some rooms have a really bad smell, though otherwise the place is cozy and nice. It's an okay place to stay, but the staff could use better training.

Our stay was comfortable and hassle-free because the staff were so courteous and helpful. The service and amenities were excellent. We'd love to come back.

There were no cupboards or safe, no hot water, and no racks in the washroom for shampoo or soap. The staff were a bit uncooperative. Check your bills when paying, and if you order anything, keep your own record too.
