I had to switch rooms on both days of my two-day stay, and both rooms were just as dirty. I kept feeling itchy, so I was very uncomfortable. This is a very dirty hotel, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. Service was extremely slow and poor. Only two staff members seemed to be managing the whole place, which clearly affected the service. It needs proper maintenance and better management.

We asked to see another room because the first was disgusting. The second had a used condom on the floor. The room we'd booked two days ahead hadn't been cleaned, and it was filthy and unbearably smelly. There were termites in the furniture, the WiFi didn't work, and the place felt dark and sketchy. The poor maintenance made it feel like being thrown back into the early 2010s, in the worst way. Don't be fooled by the exterior, this place is a health hazard. Stay away. P.S. Amer Hotel has changed its name to White House Hotel, so don't get confused. It's the same place.

The bedsheets, pillows, floor, walls, and washroom were all extremely dirty. There were termites in the room, too. We booked a day ahead, but they hadn't bothered to clean anything. The room smelled awful as soon as we entered, and the service was pathetic. It had a very dull atmosphere, and the hotel has no proper staff or maintenance. Don't be fooled by its location.
