Avari Lahore

Breakfast at Avari Lahore was a highlight, with excellent variety and quality, and it made for a lovely start to the day. Shazia and the rest of the staff were warm, attentive, and professional, and their hospitality really lifted the visit. Thanks to the management as well for overseeing things. Highly recommended!

The staff were attentive and very cooperative, and Mr. Khalid Mehmood deserves special appreciation for doing his job so well and making things pleasant for guests. I had a wonderful Iftar at Avari, with delicious food and excellent arrangements.

Lunch and dinner were chosen by the conference organizers, and I found the food a bit bland. I love Pakistani food and feel the country's cuisine is rich and flavorful, so it could have used a few more spices and stronger flavors. During my two-day stay, though, everyone was kind, friendly, and cooperative. The receptionist, bellboy, doorman, lobby manager, housekeeper, waiter, and host all greeted us warmly with smiles. The room was clean and had a fridge and coffee/tea maker, and I slept very well in the calm, peaceful atmosphere. The lobby and entrance were beautiful, with a luxurious, aesthetic feel, though I didn't get to see the whole hotel. I especially remember Sir Naveed in the lobby, both receptionists, the bellboy, and Amjad the waiter, who asked about my visit and made me feel welcome. I can't remember everyone's names, but it seemed people were doing their jobs honestly. I hope they enjoy their work too. I really enjoyed my stay and the food, especially breakfast, with both Pakistani and other dishes.
