Hotel Grand

I only stayed a few days because I had no other choice, but the price was high for such a bad hotel. There were mud worms and bugs all over the bed and room. I complained a few times and nothing was done. I don’t understand why it has four stars, it should have none. I’d never recommend it or stay again.

I had to leave after just the first night, though I had booked four days. When a female friend came to visit, they called her a bazaar woman. Families should avoid this place. For bachelors, it may be a fun experience, especially for boys. If you want your family to be disrespected, go ahead. For me, it was the first and last time there. One of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had.

The rooms are decorated and very clean, and all facilities are available. Food is tasty, service is great, and the staff are good.

The restaurant serves a decent range of Pakistani and continental food. Breakfast is included and usually fresh, though the choices may shift a little by season. Rooms are roomy and maintained, with clean linens, working air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. Some have great city views. The staff are courteous and responsive, room service is prompt, housekeeping keeps things tidy, and reception handles check-in and check-out efficiently around the clock. Hotel Grand Peshawar is conveniently located near commercial areas and main roads, and feels safe for families and solo travelers. Security is present at all times. It’s a peaceful, clean stay for a reasonable price. Corridors and bathrooms could use some renovation, and parking may be limited at busy times. A reliable, good-value choice in Peshawar for both business and leisure.
