It seems suitable for families. The AC wasn't working, and the fans were outdated, but I saw renovation work underway and expect those things to be fixed within a few weeks.

The rooms were clean, and we had a good stay. The staff were cooperative and helpful.

There was a rat in the room, the bed was broken, and the room was unhygienic. They also failed to provide the listed facilities, despite charging high rates. The service was awful, and the staff were disrespectful. When I posted about the rat and the room's condition, he shouted at me. Save your money and choose another hotel.

The photos and the actual place were completely different. A very bad, disappointing experience.
