The staff were friendly and easy to deal with, and the room was nice and cozy. I had a good stay.

The room I eventually received had not been cleaned. There was a half-full water bottle on the desk and used towels in the bathroom, and they only cleaned it after I insisted. At checkout, the bill was also higher than the Booking.com price, which staff said was because of the water in the room. The check-in was a mess too. I had booked one double bed but was first given a large room with two double beds. Staff said that was right, then quoted more than twice my reserved price. They only caught the mistake after I asked them to check my reservation. They assigned the room without verifying the booking, which was completely unacceptable. I’d stayed at this brand’s hotel in Peshawar before and had a great experience, so I expected something similar. Instead, this was a terrible decision. It cost a lot for such a bad stay. It felt like the hotel was targeting foreigners with these charges. Other hotels in the brand may be fine, but I strongly advise against staying at this one.

The rooms are decent for the price, but the service isn't good.

A well-kept, reasonably good choice among budget hotels. The reception staff are well trained.
