The convenience of having all the appliances made the experience for me. There was an automatic washing machine, stove, fridge, smart TV, and iron with a stand. Foodpanda delivered pretty much everything, or I could just go downstairs to al fatah. The attached bathroom had warm water, and otherwise I had no issues. Ramsha provided excellent service and accommodated me during an emergency visit, alhumdulilah. For the price, the stained sofas and cleaning every other day were okay. If you’re traveling with family and toddlers, ask to be placed near other families to avoid noise. I loved how convenient all the electronics were.

This was highly overpriced, and I was highly disappointed. There was no heating in the rooms, and I had to push to get extra heaters. The washroom faucet leaked, the movable curtains didn’t work, the kitchen was dusty with dirty crockery, and the sofa had cigarette stains.

The so-called continental breakfast was just an omelet with a paratha, and the TVs weren't even smart TVs. The apartment was dirty, with stains everywhere, and the staff had an attitude when I made simple requests. A complete waste of money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We felt safe and peaceful staying in DHA Phase 4, with cafes and grocery stores close by. The apartment was spotless and smelled fresh, and the interior was lovely, especially the cozy living room and balcony where we had tea in the evening. Staff were polite and quick to help whenever we needed something.

The key was missing, and the room clearly hadn't been cleaned after the previous renters left it in a mess. The floors were dusty and sticky, the couches were dirty, and so were the cabinets. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Don't waste your money.
