I came from quetta for a visit and stayed at Palace Hotel for three nights. The staff were friendly and helped me get food, a ride, and groceries. They have security cameras. I'd give them five stars and highly recommend the place. I'll definitely visit again next time I come to Lahore. Best wishes.

There wasn't even a sign outside, so I had to find the place using Google Maps and guess where to go. Once inside, the guidance was no better. The security guard was unhelpful, and the next person who came out to assist me was no help either. I had an appointment with someone and was taken upstairs, though I was meant to meet them downstairs. He kept telling me she wasn't there and had left, but when I went down, I was glad to find the person I came to see. Then that same guy came back to my room to check on me, as if that made up for it. The room had its own problems too: the light switch was outside it, and the bed made a noise. Hila hua tha. Management was pathetic, and I got no proper or honest directions from the start.
