Hotel Grand Lahore

When we returned from visiting relatives, room service had cleaned our room. Later, we noticed the handbag we'd left was open and an expensive gold ring was missing. We reported it to reception, and they sent security to inspect the whole room, but they found nothing. They said they'd investigate further, but nobody has contacted us to this day. We should have put our valuables in the safe, but staff still shouldn't be taking guests' belongings. They turned a blind eye to our complaint, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed four nights and booked two rooms, with a view from the windows of a paper factory.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I left my wallet behind, but after a call they returned it to me, which I found very honest of them. This is a very good hotel within budget, and it'll be my first choice whenever I need to stay in Lahore.

The room was clean and really good, and the staff stayed helpful throughout my four-night visit, from 23 September to 27. Mr Mehran had our rooms booked as requested even though we arrived very late. The night receptionist and facilities staff were excellent too.

During my Lahore trip in April 26, I stayed here for five days. The rooms were clean, and the staff were kind and good. I’d definitely come back.
