Hotel Tulip Inn

The rooms and washrooms were unhygienic, with cockroaches, mosquitoes, and other pests. The toilets, beds, basin, commode, and shower were dirty or unusable. The air conditioning was mostly off, and the backup power didn't keep it running. Drilling carried on late into the night, and the thin wooden walls let noise through from neighboring rooms. They charged too much, didn't provide the promised facilities, and seemed least concerned about meeting their obligations. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants to avoid having to argue to get what they're owed.

My stay at Tulip Inn was a mess from start to finish. I was overcharged by around 4000 PKR and charged taxes twice on top of the total rent. The room smelled dirty, had cockroaches, and the food was overpriced compared with regular restaurants without being any better in quality. Broken floor tiles, seepage on the walls, and damaged ceiling sheets added to the poor condition. Wires were sticking out of the mattress and injured my foot, which was a real safety hazard. The washroom had broken fittings and taps that leaked everywhere. The management kept the air conditioning switched off and wouldn't let guests use it, despite the price. Cleanliness, safety, pricing, and basic facilities all fell short. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I liked that handwash, shampoo, and other amenities were included, since you don't usually get those at this price around here. The room, washroom, blanket, and pillows were all clean. For the price, it's a very good room. I'd recommend it.

It was a very bad experience. The room wasn't clean, there was no hot water or blanket, and I felt very cold. When I asked for an inverter, they wanted an extra 1500 PKR. The slippers were in awful shape too.
