The bedsheets weren't clean, and there was mud in the corners all around the rooms. After visiting this garbage hotel, you'd have to bathe with Dettol.

The staff were nice and cooperative, and the rooms looked neat and clean. But the mattress was in very bad shape, and the quilts smelled foul. The washroom shower didn't work either. The cleanliness situation really needs to be addressed.

The location was better than the rest of the stay, but management was very poor. We were completely disappointed, and my family was highly unsatisfied. I normally don't write bad reviews and am used to saying blessings, but my kids asked me to write this one. I would not recommend it at any cost. Hotels near the railway station offer better service for less money. I booked two rooms for four people through Booking.com after reading the reviews. Both the booking site and the hotel confirmed the two rooms. We were travelling with our children for my wife's convocation. We're both specialist doctors. When we arrived, the rooms we had booked weren't available. They offered one room with two double beds and called it a family room, but charged almost the same as for two rooms. The receptionist wouldn't provide breakfast for four, saying only two breakfasts were complimentary. When I pointed out that the room was for four people, he said he'd pay for four breakfasts out of his own pocket that day, but only two would be served the next day. The staff were abusive to each other at reception, loudly using bad language that could be heard from the room. The bedsheets were torn, and the mattress was sunken. Springs were sticking out of one mattress and injured my son. The rooms were old and stale, room service was poor, and there was no fridge despite it being advertised, so our food spoiled. The TV barely worked because of poor cable signals. Mobile reception was poor in the rooms, so I had to go outside to make or receive calls. This is a small guesthouse type property with only three or four rooms, advertised online as a hotel. They gave us the Wi-Fi password, but it stopped working after about an hour. We needed internet because mobile signals were poor. They also claimed the geyser would work, but it only worked once, and they controlled its electricity from outside. Poor standards, poor service, an unprofessional attitude, and broken commitments. A waste of time, money, and peace of mind.

I had to cancel my booking right away because the rooms were in such poor condition and the attendants were rude and impolite. Worst hotel and service. Not recommended.
