Lahore City Hotel

The hostel is in a great spot for exploring gawalmandi foods street, anarkali, and railway station landa, and the rent was affordable for the location. I paid Rs. 2000/- PKR for one night in a single seater room on a business trip. It was just OK for a single night, and I wouldn't suggest staying longer based on the room condition. The bed sheet and blanket seemed tidy, but housekeeping wasn't up to the mark. They didn't dust under the bed, and the room lighting was poor. The washroom was OK, though some fittings were out of order, including the flush tank. The Muslim shower and bath shower worked. I checked them beforehand because I don't use lota and bucket. There were no charging ports near the bed, either. Some staff were a bit rude when I raised a complaint, although the hostel supervisor was cooperative.

The hotel management was poor, and the place had bad electricity backup and no proper air ventilation. The bathroom housekeeping was poor too. Worst hotel I've stayed in Lahore.

I had a great experience here. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the service was good. Highly recommended.
