I had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise against staying here. The service was so bad and the staff's behavior was unacceptable. To start, the hotel staff, including a guy named Uzair who was working the night shift, were extremely rude and arrogant. This was evident when they entered our room without our permission while we were out during the day, taking the iron board from our room without even knocking or asking. This was not only unprofessional but also a huge invasion of our privacy. Furthermore, we paid a hefty 70,000 rupees for a one-night stay in a room, expect

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I travel frequently and stay in hotels across Pakistan and internationally, and this experience was genuinely shocking. While my family and I were out for a few hours after check-in, hotel staff entered our room without any notification and removed an iron that was already in the room. No call, no message, no note. When I raised this at reception, excuses were made and blame was shifted onto me, suggesting it was somehow my fault that an item was “extra” and needed elsewhere.
