Five Rivers Airport Road Hotel

The pool inside the room was quite big, well maintained, and heated, and I enjoyed it at a reasonable price. Hotel Five Rivers was a comfortable place to stay, with clean rooms, good quality linen, and new, comfy blankets. The room atmosphere was nice, and the staff were very helpful. They communicated well, gave me good guidance, and made check-in easy. It had recently opened on Aorport Road, quite near to Allama Iqbal Internantional Airport. I'd recommend it to friends and families looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Lahore near the airport or Ring Road.

We spent two days at Five Rivers Hotel, and the calm, pleasant atmosphere made it a relaxing stay after long days. The rooms were neat, quiet, and nicely arranged, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout. Staff were polite, cooperative, and always willing to help, so we felt welcome. We were completely satisfied and would definitely recommend it as a comfortable, reliable place to stay.

There was only cold water, the lights kept going off, and the service and responsibility were both zero. After taking full payment, staff disappeared and went to sleep, leaving us helpless. They didn't provide basic drinking water and shamelessly told guests to bring it from outside. There was no soap in the washroom, just a cheap used roll. In cold weather they gave us a very thin blanket, and when we asked, staff rudely said, “This is all we have.” This is an extremely pathetic, third-class hotel. Money wasted, comfort ruined, and a disturbing experience. Please don't visit, even by mistake, or risk staying here even in an emergency. It's a complete scam with zero professionalism. Avoid it at all costs.

There was no Wi-Fi, no lights, and no accountability. The room was unclean, and the jacuzzi/sauna in the room was dirty too. We had no warm water during our three-day stay. The food was included in the package, but it tasted so awful that we skipped it. It felt like nobody at the hotel was looking after guests or hygiene. A really bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
