Hotel Royal Gardens 2

Hotel Royal Garden is handy for getting around, with major hospitals, parks, public transport, and other key city spots nearby. I've stayed several times and found it decent for a short, budget-friendly visit. Privacy and safety were things I always liked, and there was complete quiet from the hallway and neighboring rooms, so sleeping was easy. The staff weren't especially friendly or helpful. Rooms were clean, but cleaning often seemed to happen right when I arrived. The decor felt dated and amenities were basic, though most things worked. The air conditioners often didn't work properly. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were softer than I prefer. The menu was limited and the food quality could be better. It's not a luxurious place, but it gets the job done in a convenient location.

The location was good, and the room was clean and good.

The rooms are average, but the facilities are the best.

I stayed one night and paid 5000, but it wasn't worth the money and I wouldn't recommend it. The hotel claims to be three stars, yet the first-floor rooms in the 200 series were extremely dirty and clearly not maintained. The furniture was very old, and everything was stained or dirty, including the sheets, comforters, and curtains. Even the telephone looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. There was no fridge.
