Basic requests were left hanging for days. I asked repeatedly for towels and bottled water, and each time I was told they would arrive in five minutes. They never did. Complaining at reception only got me another promise that staff would be informed. Some employees even laughed at and mocked me for being a foreigner. There was also a serious problem when I exchanged money. They gave me less change than I was owed, said they had run out of cash, and promised to bring the rest to my room. It never arrived. It looked like staff might be keeping guests' money this way. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel, especially for foreigners. PC Hotel is said to have a rich heritage in Pakistan, but some staff behavior is deeply troubling. The relevant department should take this seriously and retrain the staff.

The staff made us feel welcome and cared for from the moment my family and I arrived. The lobby is beautiful, and the building and common areas are well maintained. Our room had standard amenities, with a clean, well-kept bathroom, and the heating and ventilation worked perfectly. The spa services were impressive too. We had a wonderful stay at PC Hotel Lahore.
