Pool And Park Hotel

We checked the rooms as soon as we arrived and found them filthy and badly maintained. The bathrooms clearly hadn't been cleaned, and the mattresses were bent and in unacceptable shape. We decided to leave right away.

The restaurant was good, and breakfast was just as satisfying, with plenty of choices, including an omelet bar. I was impressed by how well maintained and romantic the motel felt. The pool was great too, with lots of lounge chairs.

They charged me 4000/rs a night even though the online booking application showed only 3000/rs. The room was in awful shape: stained carpets, dusty furniture, and a bed full of bed bugs and mites. There were used condoms, cigarette packets, rappers, and other waste under the bed and sofa. The toilet smelled terrible and the shower didn't work properly. Even the soap was cheap and had an unbearable pungent smell. They also overcharged me for a bottle of water. One of the most disappointing stays I've had.

Really poor service. I had to keep asking before breakfast finally arrived two hours later. They charged 6500 for one night, with check-in at 11 pm and checkout at 12. The washrooms were filthy and the showers were broken. A very bad experience.
