The location made it easy to reach parts of the city, and the environment felt safe and peaceful. Room service was prompt, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout. My room was clean and well maintained, with all the basic amenities. A comfortable stay and good value for money.

I’ve been a loyal guest at Regency Inn Hotel in Gulberg-II for years, and they keep up their attention to detail and care for guests. It’s one of the finest boutique hotels in town, with the modern facilities needed for a comfortable, secure stay. The complimentary breakfast has a good variety, a lovely way to start the day.

I had to stay two days because I needed to catch my flight to Toronto. The driver for airport pickup and drop-off was good, as were the breakfast room waiters. There may be a gym and pool, but I didn’t use them. The rest was rough: the linen was yellow instead of white, and I don’t know when it was last washed. Bed bugs bit me, and even sitting on the couch made me start scratching. The washroom was dirty, especially the commode under the seat, and the reception staff looked unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

A third-class hotel. The staff behaved very badly with clients, and it was a terrible experience.
