The food isn’t cooked properly, and the table service is very bad. The waiters don’t provide good service either. The furniture is very old. Each time you visit, they serve the same dish, just different each time.

I had a great stay at Tikkala Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The food was tasty, service was quick, and the location was easy to reach and peaceful. I really enjoyed being there and would love to come back.

The place itself is good, but service at tikala restaurant mardan near college Chowk was very slow. We waited up to 1 hour for our food. The platter was supposed to include 1.5 liter coke, but they brought only 1 liter, and the food was cold. Please improve the service.

We came to enjoy ourselves, but I was very disappointed. I visited tikkala resturant mardan at 2 pm and ordered a full Platter for RS 4200. The items mentioned on the menu seem to be just for show. I advise you never to visit. Thanks.

The location was the weakest part for me, just 2 stars, since it’s somewhat removed from key attractions and makes exploring less convenient. The rooms were comfortable and clean, decent enough for 3 stars and a place to unwind after a long day. Staff were friendly and attentive, though service response could be slow during busy hours, also 3 stars. Tikkala Regency Hotel & Restaurant is a solid basic stay if you just need somewhere to rest, but expect some travel to local sights.
