The location was just right, the food was delicious, and the whole place felt peaceful and luxurious. Our room was spotless, spacious, well kept, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff welcomed us and made us feel valued, with great attention to detail and hospitality. Easily one of my best hotel stays. I'd recommend it for comfort, quality, and excellent service, and will definitely visit again Inshallah.

The calm, relaxing atmosphere and clean, comfortable rooms made for a pleasant stay at Grand Shalimar Hotel. The staff were polite, welcoming, and ready to help, and the food was fresh and tasty, especially breakfast. I'd gladly come back.

The garden was a lovely place to sit at night, with a wonderful view outside, and there was a designated space for garden tool. Parking outside was good, and the location was wonderful. Service was good all around, and the buffet food was delicious, with plenty of choices at both breakfast and dinner. It's a bit more expensive than other Multan hotels, but staying there feels worth the money.

The food quality wasn't good, and the staff came across as quite arrogant, which took away from the stay. Grand Shalimar is otherwise a nice hotel. Better staff behavior and food would make the experience much better.
