The complimentary breakfast was simple but decent, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. My room was a bit cramped, though neat, clean, and well maintained, with the basic amenities provided. There's proper parking, and being on the main Airport Road made S Chalet Hotel easy to reach. I stayed a couple of days and found it a decent budget option for a short visit.

Clean and decent. I had an issue with my room, but they moved me to another one right away. Breakfast choices could be better.

For the price, it was decent, and breakfast wasn't bad. The front desk staff were friendly. The bathroom was my main complaint: it was tiny and needs an update. With that odd shower curtain instead of a proper cabin or partition, water ended up all over the bathroom.

The room was quite small and didn't live up to what the hotel's description led me to expect. There's also little around the hotel, with no nearby markets. When I arrived, the receptionist offered a welcome drink; I said I'd call from the room once I'd freshened up. About ten minutes later I asked for coffee, only to be told the kitchen service wasn't available.

Room service was prompt and good, and when I ran into problems in my room, maintenance came quickly and fixed them. The hotel is very nice, and the staff were very helpful.
