The hotel's management backed me up and confronted Adnan, and I really appreciate that. He had asked me to transfer a 50% advance and then took the money I'd paid two months before my stay. Even so, the services overall weren't up to the mark. The inverter ACs in the rooms weren't working, and there was no hot water during winter. They seem to still be learning how to run a hotel.

The location is the strongest point, and it's a good place for families, with a secure area and private car parking. It's a mid-range guest house. But poor maintenance is costing it, and the company seems to have stopped investing in the infrastructure. The place is going downhill fast.

Our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, so the airline arranged this hotel for us. It turned out to be a great choice. Mr. Muhammad Umar was especially helpful and cooperative at a stressful time, and was polite and professional throughout.

I was disappointed by my recent stay at The First Hotel in Multan. Breakfast was extremely limited, with only chana served, which isn't acceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff also failed to provide room service despite several requests, making the stay inconvenient. Service quality needs a lot of improvement.
