The room and service made this a stay I wouldn’t recommend. It was cramped and dirty, the blankets were stained and too small, and the bathroom was even tighter. We asked for the room to be cleaned, but staff didn’t do it. Noise from the front desk carried on through the night and kept us from sleeping. The location and views are good, but the price felt far too high for what we got. Before we paid, we were promised hot water and heating around the clock. After payment, we were told the heater only ran from 5 PM to 5 AM. There are plenty of other hotels in Murree, and I’d suggest looking at those.

Near gpo murree, the hotel has six or seven floors of rooms with great mountain views. There’s parking for cars, and room service is good. Each room has a heater that comes on automatically in the evening and stays on through the night, plus hot water all day.

At Al Qamar Hotel, the staff were really cooperative and ready to help. I also enjoyed the food more than I expected, especially the Chinese dishes. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, just as described, with a lovely view. Having hot water available 24/7 as promised was a real plus. I had a very satisfying stay and would recommend it.

The views over the hills are lovely, and the location near Mall Road is convenient. Heating and hot water in the rooms are a plus. Cleanliness was good, and the staff handled things professionally.
