Grand Heights Hotel

The price was very reasonable, and the room was clean and comfortable for what we paid. Staff were polite, cooperative, and ready to help, which made the stay more pleasant. I had a wonderful time at this hotel in Murree. It’s good value with good service, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting. I’d gladly stay again.

I booked a room and paid an advance, then within an hour they told me it had already been booked online and that the mistake was theirs. They still didn’t return my advance. Availability should have been checked before they confirmed the booking and took payment. Backing out after accepting money felt irresponsible and dishonest, and I wouldn’t recommend them if you need reliable service. Be careful about paying in advance here. The staff were so rude, like they wanted a fight. Anyway, they showed their true colors. Even the receptionist said the owner was like this, “boht chawal Hai,” and kept saying all sorts of things. You can find better places in Murree, so don’t choose this just for the view and rooms. This was my experience with this so called hotel inn, so be careful. Jizakallah

I’m from Australia and have traveled to many places around the world, but I haven’t had hospitality like this elsewhere. The staff were welcoming and kind, room service was great, and the views and location were beautiful. It was a peaceful, memorable stay. Highly recommended if you’re after relaxation and a special experience.
