The worst part was the dinner. For 400 students, the hotel had prepared only 3 cauldron of chicken, so most people got little or no food. Barbeque was cooked indoors in the dining hall, filling it with thick, unbreathable smoke and creating a serious comfort and safety issue. Food service was unhygienic and poorly run, with just one person serving everyone. Getting water or a cold drink was a struggle too. There was a single stall and one staff member refilling glasses, so students stood in long lines for even one glass. Our college trip was frustrating from start to finish because management seemed completely unprepared and incompetent. The rooms were messy and dirty, and the washrooms smelled. We asked several times for comforters and quilts during a very cold night, but none were provided. The staff seemed indifferent to our comfort. Management was stubborn and uncooperative, with no idea how to handle guests. Their lack of planning ruined what should have been a memorable college visit. With poor management, unclean rooms, inadequate and unhygienic food, and no basic hospitality, I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Avoid it.

We had no other choice because every hotel was booked, and they charged us double for a low class room. The bedsheets were dirty and smelly, room service was pathetic, and the washrooms were filthy. Even the sofa and chairs outside were dirty. Worst hotel ever, definitely not recommended. Please stay somewhere else.

The setting in the hills around Bhurban was a lovely escape from the city, with green valleys, mountain views, misty hills, and birds in the morning. Our balcony had a stunning panoramic view, and the room was spacious, nicely furnished, and had modern amenities. The Holiday Grand Hotel also has a cozy lounge and recreational activities for families or friends. It was peaceful away from the crowds, yet close enough to visit Mall Road Murree and Patriata Chair Lift. Service stood out throughout the stay. The staff were welcoming and courteous, check-in was quick and easy, and they promptly handled requests with a smile. Housekeeping kept our room spotless. We enjoyed fresh, flavorful local and continental food in the restaurant, served beautifully, and evening tea on the terrace while the sun set behind the mountains was especially relaxing. Holiday Grand Hotel in Bhurban exceeded our expectations with its luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. I'd highly recommend it for a trip to Murree or Bhurban, and we look forward to coming back.

The mountain air and peaceful atmosphere make Grand Ree Resort Bhurban an ideal getaway. Rooms are hygienic and beautifully furnished, with modern amenities and gorgeous scenic views. It's a lovely balance of comfort and nature.
