The view and location are nice, but comfort matters more to me. On entering the room, there was a stale, unpleasant smell, the bed and toilet were dirty, and the windows opened toward the hall, so anyone could look in. There was no privacy. The gas smell made my head feel light, and I couldn’t sleep. It was one of the worst travel stays I’ve had. They charged me 17,000 for two rooms for two nights. Next time, I’ll pay more for a hotel that’s worth the cost and lets me stay without stress or problems. You can compromise on the view or location, but not on comfort. Please consider another hotel.

The rooms were tidy, and there’s a masjid at the top. Baligeo Hotel is in a lovely spot on Mall road, and the whole team treated us really well. Thank you.

The staff were polite and quick to help, and the rooms felt comfortable, clean, and well looked after. We also had hot water and the other basics without any trouble. Being right on Mall Road made getting around easy, with everything within walking distance. We had a great stay and felt it was good value. I’d recommend it to families and tourists visiting Murree.

The washroom was dirty, and there were cigarette packaging and wrappers on the floor when we first entered the room. Service was disappointing too. The manager, Daud Sahib, is an older man, and I found his way of speaking to customers very poor and greedy. We checked out on 17 Jan 2025. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Thank you.

The terrace had a good view, and the market was easy to reach. There was Wi-Fi and hot and cold water around the clock, and the location was prime. But parking wasn’t good in my experience, so I left my car at taj mahal hotel parking. They didn’t provide drinking water, and the rooms weren’t very tidy. When I visited, the stairs were broken and they had put blocks in their place, which seemed risky and could cause minor injuries.
