The rooms smelled bad, the beds were dirty, and essential amenities were missing. Cleanliness was poor throughout, and basic services weren’t there. The staff acted unprofessionally and showed no concern for guests. It was a very unpleasant, disappointing stay.

The view was good, but the room experience was bad and the hospitality wasn’t good. They didn’t have warm water either.

It was okay overall, but the cleaning and hygiene were lacking. The heating system is expensive.

Poor standard and no service at all. It’s in front of the bus stand, and the beee bee is far too bad.

There was no heating, no hot water in the bathrooms, and hardly any facilities at all. They charged extra for everything. When I visited during the storm alert, the staff took advantage of people who were in serious need. Their behavior was heartless, and I hated the experience. I wouldn't spend my money here.
