Rashha Suites

We spent six nights in late March, four adults in Panoramic suite 402. The view from the balcony was mesmerizing, among the best we could expect in Murree. The large rooms included living and dining areas, and the new facility was clean and fully functional. The location was excellent, near mal road and fairly central to tourist spots. Parking was private and roomy, and the road beside it was quiet. The staff were very helpful. Food was average but presented nicely. There was no restaurant, just room service, including the complimentary breakfast, which had a very fixed menu and quantity. Power cuts happened often, and the backup had limits, so heaters didn't work during outages. Still, we had a wonderful stay and strongly recommend the venue in Murree.

We were happy with the service and would stay here again. The surroundings were clean, safe, and well cared for, and the food was delicious. Staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help.

The room views were breathtaking, especially from the top floor where we had a balcony or terrace. You could see the mountains all across the rooftop. That location deserves five stars, and those views made up for the little shortcomings. Our stay over the last few days was really lovely. The rooms could use a few additions. Each bedroom should have bath and hand towels, and there should be more sockets for phones and other gadgets. We kept having to ask for cutlery, knives, and forks. A two-bedroom room for four people should already have enough glasses, plates, and water bottles for everyone. Room service also took longer than usual at times, and we had to remind them how many people needed breakfast. Just a few small tweaks would help.

The balcony gave us an amazing mountain view, and the peaceful location was just right for a relaxing trip. At Rashha Suites Murree, our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. I’d highly recommend it to families and couples.
