Army backed Green tourism has done a very good job, turning an old PTDC motel into rooms with 5 star quality and amazing food. Staff at every level were professional and courteous. Keep it up.

We visited in November, with sunshine but cool weather, and had a brilliant experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was good too. It took a while for the washroom water to heat up, I think because there was only a central geaser.

It’s a great hotel in a great location, and the rooms feel luxurious. Food costs are high, though, and the quality needs work. Breakfast needs improving too. Sometimes there was no warm water even after we’d waited a long time.

The heater worked well, service was quick, and the food was delicious. It felt like a luxurious stay at an affordable price. They could add a separate geezer for each washroom so guests don’t have to wait so long for hot water. One warning, skip the alfredo pasta. The badami chicken qorma is delicious.

Right beside the Ayubia chairlift at the peak, the resort has wonderful views and lots of open green space. The newly built rooms are nicely designed. Staff gave excellent service. Still, the rooms need carpet because the temperature is very cold and the floor gets extremely cold. The sofas could be replaced with sofa cum bed. Since there are no other choices nearby, the kitchen should stay open until 12 am, and there should be a Wendy machine type setup for anyone wanting snacks.
