The food was fresh, tasty, and served in good portions, with hygiene kept up. Breakfast and the other meals were both delicious. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was neat, and room service was quick. Everything was well arranged, and the setting was peaceful. The staff at Pinemont Hotel Murree were polite, professional, and always willing to help from the moment we arrived. We felt comfortable throughout our stay. It was a great experience, and I’d happily stay again. I recommend it to families and couples visiting Murree.

The rooftop was a highlight for me. There’s an open area where you can sit back and enjoy the view. We also had a clean, nicely kept room, and the hotel’s location was great, with everything around it looking tidy. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. I had omelette, paratha, tea, and juice, and when I asked for a boiled egg, they brought one. We had a really good stay, and I’d recommend Pinemont Hotel Murree.

Meharban, Muneer, Waleed and Anzala were always around when we needed help, and their hospitality made our stay memorable. The villa was peaceful, with plenty of room for our group to spend time together. It was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view, and would suit a large family or group. Everything was clean, well kept, and thoughtfully arranged, so we could relax and enjoy the stay. We were very happy with the experience and would recommend the villa to anyone looking for a comfortable place that works well for families.

A great family choice. The location and rooms were both excellent, and the breakfast tasted really good. The staff were great too, especially Mr.Aftab, Mr.Iezaj, and their team. I gave Mr.Aftab a few suggestions and hope he’ll do his best to add some more things.

We paid 9600 per night for a standard room with breakfast in the first week of February. The hotel is beautiful, with natural views of snow laden trees and mountains from the windows, plus spacious parking. It’s close to Mall Road but set a little away from the crowds. The food was good, and the staff were polite, helpful, and professional. Best hotel in all of Murree, highly recommended.
