The park is a nice place to sit and enjoy the weather, and kids can play there. The location is amazing, with no traffic rush or noise. Rooms are cozy and clean, staff are always available to help, and breakfast was good. There were two problems: the hot water wasn’t hot enough, and heating was only available from 6 to 12 in the evening. After midnight, you have to put up with the cold.

Shangrila Resort is in a peaceful spot near Mall Road, but poor management spoiled my stay. They didn’t honor my online booking and gave no notice. Nobody told me heating hours were restricted; it didn’t work anyway, and gave off a foul smell. The washrooms were cramped, my room was inconveniently far away, and the dining staff seemed noticeably tired and unfriendly.

The manager and staff at Shangrila resort made a real effort to provide us with wonderful hospitality. They were helpful, polite, and trustworthy, and I truly appreciate the service they gave us. Shangrila resort is always my first choice for me, my family, and my friends. Stay blessed always.

Mr Tahir, the kitchen Chef, is especially professional. The staff were professional and humble, the food was good quality, and staying at shangrilla hotel Muree was excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. It was a great experience.
