We spent one night there. The rooms were okay for the price, but they’re on the top floor and you have to use the stairs. The lower floors were reserved for weddings, mehndi, and other functions. I wouldn’t recommend it for families. If you’re on your own or with friends, check it out and decide for yourself. The video I added was filmed from the terrace.

The hotel has a great view of the Jehlum river, and the rooms are spacious for reasonable prices. The food tasted good and was well priced, too. The staff were very appreciative. Recommended for tourists.

There was no electricity, which meant no AC, no fans, and no backup option. There was nobody to contact except one security guard who didn’t know anything. The staff had switched off their phones and gone to sleep somewhere.

The rooms are fine, but the service is poor. There was no hot water or breakfast. Update: it’s still the same, though there’s now a restaurant nearby within walking distance.

The sunrise and sunset are lovely if you want to enjoy the beautiful weather. They also leave you alone and don’t bother you about anything.
