The mountain view was the one good part of our stay at Royal Park Hotel by Agha. The room had no landline, so there was no way to call for help or request anything from there. There were no heaters either, and in freezing weather we were asked to pay extra for one. The blankets were so thin they were useless in winter. There was no hot water, and even drinking water wasn’t provided in the room. We had to go down to the ground floor to get it. There wasn’t a dressing table, either. Those missing basics and the poor management added up to terrible service and wasted money. This hotel ruined our trip and isn’t worth staying at. I highly don’t recommend it. Avoid it, or your trip may be spoiled.

We only stayed one night, but it was comfortable and a great experience. The hotel was clean, the bathroom was adequate, and the food was absolutely amazing. The staff were accommodating, and everyone took good care of us, especially the owner who was there. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Thank you all!

Royal park hotel is an economical, scenic place to stay, with the Kunhar river within walking distance. It’s a peaceful, clean hotel in a nice location. Nearby alnoor restaurant and dejay cafe serve great quality food.

Karachi Management made me feel at home, and the Karachi biryani was especially delicious. The staff were cooperative, the service was lovely, and the environment and view were awesome. Wheelchair accessible is also available.

After a cold hike, the amazing bowl of soup really hit the spot. I’ll miss it. The paintings, windows, and corridors were elite, and the staff and cleanliness were 10/10. We spent two peaceful nights here. Best hotel for a Kashmir trip so far, 100% recommend.
