Our room at Royal Shangrila Hotel, Balakot had a direct view of the Kunhar River and the surrounding mountains. Waking up to that scenery with a cup of tea made our family trip special. It’s a great spot for anyone visiting Balakot and the Kaghan Valley. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the beds, bathrooms, and amenities were hygienic and well maintained. The AC, geyser, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly. The decor was simple but classy.

The hotel was peaceful, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. We received great hospitality and had a comfortable, relaxing stay at Royal Shangri-La. I’d highly recommend it for a pleasant stay without hassles.

The location is beautiful, though a bit out of the way. Still, the peaceful, comfortable stay made the trip worth it. The rooms were excellent, and the service was top-notch and friendly. Highly recommend!
