I stayed at kylix in February 2026 through a tourist guide company, and it was disappointing. The rooms were okay, but there was no heater or warm water from the taps, even in the cold. The food tasted awful and seemed unhygienic.

Dinner at The Kylix was a treat. The food was really tasty, and the bonfire made for a great setting. I’d recommend it.

Kylix Resort, Shogran is in a beautiful, quiet spot. The management were friendly and very supportive, and having the essentials, including hot water in the chilly weather, made our stay even better. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone visiting Shogran.

The rooms weren’t clean at all, and the washroom was dirty and smelly. Bedsheets were dirty too, and there wasn’t proper warm water. We were really disappointed with the hotels in Shogran. Wherever you go, they all seem to have the same condition.
