Hafeez Bhai and Tahir Bhai were especially helpful and welcoming, and the rest of the staff were polite, professional, and cooperative. We felt safe there, and I’d recommend it to families, solo travelers, or bachelors. Our Executive Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. From the balcony we could see the Neelum River and hills, some snow covered, the view was mesmerizing. Heaters worked well, and hot water was always available, which made a big difference in the cold. The hotel as a whole was neat and clean. We also enjoyed the food. The mutton karahi, chicken karahi, and Manchurian rice were all flavorful and well cooked. I had a very pleasant stay at Neelum Elite, and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Neelum Valley.

The hosts are a big part of why I’d recommend this place. Raja Sadaqat and Raja Rashid were kind, respectful, and caring, and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. Hotel Neelum Elites sits among beautiful mountains, and the location feels peaceful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a view that made the stay memorable. If you’re coming to Neelum Valley, I’d recommend staying here. With hosts like Raja Sadaqat and Raja Rashid, it felt like a five-star experience.

Reliable internet, hot water, and electricity around the clock made for a comfortable stay at this well-equipped hotel. It works well for families and people traveling alone. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Rana Tahir for the support and hospitality that made our visit memorable. One of the best places to stay in Keran, highly recommended.

If you’re staying in Keran, I’d recommend this place whether you’re on your own or with family. There are different ways to enjoy the views, and the staff were really helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

The balconies and terraces had great furniture, which made it easy to sit and take in the Neelum River flowing beside the hotel. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, and the food was excellent in a pleasant dining hall. Staff were cooperative and ready to help at any hour. I’ve visited Neelum Valley dozens of times and usually stayed in Karen, but Neelum Elites gave me the best stay I’ve had in the valley. I’d highly recommend it for a great experience in the area.
