I stayed here on June 12, 2025, and it was the worst experience. The staff barely responded, the place felt underground with no ventilation, and it was very noisy and dirty because of the staff. The washrooms were awful, the room door was broken, and only one light worked. Hot water was the only good thing. Management needs to learn how to run a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, even alone. I’d suggest not staying in Naran and crossing it to visit the northern areas. The people were pathetic, like Murree. I gave one star only because Google wouldn’t let me post without it.

The restaurant was good, though a little expensive, and there’s a small tuck shop too. Our room had a great view and was good. They provided hot water in the morning. There was no electricity in the daytime, but the generators ran until 2am.

There was no water at all in the bathroom, and the service was pathetic. When I asked a room keeper for a bottle of water, he said he was tired and that we’d have to get it ourselves. His name was sajid. We’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that had everything, so don’t waste your money here. The worst experience ever.

The rooms were clean, and the window had a nice view. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to " Naran Bazar". For a low budget, this is a good one, and overall I had a good experience.

The hotel was filthy. We got only one towel for a four-day stay, and the staff were ignorant. Please never book here, or you’ll regret it.
