The bathroom was spotless and well maintained, and having dependable hot water was a real relief after a long day of travel and exploring. My VIP Suite at Hotel Home Naran was clean and in excellent condition, making for a comfortable, luxurious stay. Waking up to the breathtaking Naran scenery was unforgettable. The suite exceeded my expectations for cleanliness, comfort, and service. I'd highly recommend it for a premium stay in Naran. 5/5, excellent in every aspect!

The mountain-side view was lovely, the rooms were spacious, and the food was excellent. We ordered Chinese from the menu and were surprised by its quality, taste, and serving. Outside was quiet, but indoors it got very noisy at times, and staff did nothing to calm things down. It also depends on which guests check in, as some don't care about disturbing others. Room service was slow: we had to ask repeatedly for cleaning, toiletries, and towels. The hot water kept fluctuating too. Still, it was a good experience and I could stay again, though management needs to address these issues.

The staff were humble and very cooperative, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and neat. All facilities were available, including hot water around the clock. A nice place to stay in Naran, and I'd come back on my next visit.

The building looks pretty, but they seem to have focused on less important amenities and missed basics like bedside lamps, a fan, and control over the room temperature. The menu was of little use since about half the listed items weren't available. Noise was the worst I've experienced in five years of hotel stays across Pakistan, despite my regular business travel around the world. People kept shouting and talking in the corridors and open areas, and the echo never stopped. I had a pounding headache and slept with earplugs and noise-cancelling headphones. We planned to stay four days and ended up staying just one. I would NEVER recommend it. Too much effort went into making things look nice instead of making guests comfortable.
